This item was delivered TWICE to the delivery company without the 3rd box- even though each box is clearly labeled 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc. Wayfair convinced us to accept delivery even though it was missing the 3rd box, saying the 3rd box was maybe in others. After putting out together we realized it was missing the entire fire box component. To make matters worst, I’ve called several times to return it as the only option online is to get charged 79 to return it when it was not delivered whole in the first place - no response.
