It wasn't as really straight forward as directions made it seem. A neighbor that is really handy with wood helped and he was even scratching his head a few times. The shingles were hard and the big roll cracked in half because I dropped it trying to apply it to the top by myself. My electrician had to order a part to shelf the piece that will be outside because we do not have a spot for it inside. So we have shad to wait for our first sauna. I am still excited about it and think it will be great

I am very impressed with the customer service - extremely helpful in making certain I ordered what I wanted. The shipping was safe and well packaged (shipping company was good to work with - important as we live in the country and needed to coordinate). The sauna set up smoothly and look beautiful. Still waiting for the electrical work and heater installation.

Love the sauna itself, and assembly was easy without any help. However there should really be more detail on the heater. It was an additional 2k to have an electrician hard wire it and even they said it was a weird set up. It took them a total of 6 hours to install the heater. Moving forward they should have more detail around this, not only for the customer but for the electrician as well.

Still waiting for electrician to finish hooking it up. Also, I ordered the underbench LED light for my sauna, as shown in the install video, but it is of course too small. I would bring that to people's attention in the description, maybe i missed it. Something like (WILL NOT FIT IN DUO OUTDOOR SAUNA - 2 PERSON or other saunas that it doesn't fit in). Not major, just irritating. I emailed the team if there were other options, no response yet.

Purchased the Duo Sauna 2-Person from Redwood Outdoors. This is the perfect fit for style and size for our backyard adjacent to our pool. This addition has transformed our yard into a relaxation oasis! Construction was a breeze, could not be more simple. Heats up quickly with the 6 kW kip and holds the heat well. Could not have made a better decision than going with Redwood Outdoors.
