The pinwheel is beautiful and spins nicely. I would have liked it a little higher, 6-132" perhaps, but more importantly it needs some device on the part of the stem which goes into the ground to keep the pinwheel facing into the wind. A side gust spins it out of the direction you want and it needs to be redirected manually.
