Most Expensive Piece of Useless Yard Art! First off, the shopping box was trashed all over, and almost every piece on the spinners was bent or partially crumpled. Additionally, while the spinners are capable of kinetic movement, they only move if and when so done by hand. Even in gusty breezes this thing does not spin or move around! What’s the point of a spinner that you won’t spin I’d ship it back if not for the hassle as the box it came in was not useable to return it.
