Chaise de patio Eloise (Ensemble de 2)

I got these on a very good sale so they were only about $50 each and they’re worth that price, but probably not much more. The wood is very soft and unfinished. I had to sand a lot of rough edges. I will also be painting them, because they’re unsealed and some of the pieces are actually two boards glued together and cut rather than whole wood (third photo). The back was a little tricky to get on and line up, but overall they weren’t too bad to assemble. They’re a bit wobbly (uneven legs) so I’ll be using them in the grass and not on the flat patio. However, as a large person, I’m happy to report that the seat has plenty of room and the chair feels sturdy under me, which is most of what I was looking for.

The chairs arrived today and we were very excited to receive them and set up our porch. My husband began assembling the first chair and all went well until the back of the chair - one side had the drilled holes correctly done, the other side was drilled too close to the wood support and he had to work out the issue in order to finish the assembly. That issue was managed. As my husband was assembling the second chair, assembly went well until the back of the chair placement and he found that the pre-drilled hole were drilled too close to the edge, which damaged the hole, and the wood part itself is not shaped to match the other side and there is no fix for this. I will be reaching out to customer service for resolution. This is all very sad and discouraging since the chairs could be a very attractive part of outdoor living area.

Chair leg had some issues and when I reached out to Wayfair they resolved the issue immediately. Nice work on design of chair and easy to assemble.

These chairs are amazing on my patio. I stained them a light shade to help protect them against the weather and they are awesome.
