I am very disappointed in the process The chairs are nice , but we had to pay another $150 to have them put together (after trying 4 times)- only to find out from the installer that the few screws that were in place were done incorrectly This item should not be purchased if installation is an issue and all screws should be removed prior to beginning. Also, a power tool helps

Poorly made chairs with low quality material (knotted wood with flaws). One month after purchase and chairs were completely faded, then slats (3 in total) started to crack and break and now an armrest gave in from just sitting gently in the chair. While they were low priced, they were far from being the cheapest. Conclusion do not buy these chairs unless you want to keep them inside and never sit on them...
