These chairs are great for outdoor furniture. I would only recommend teak. I bought them to go with a teak table I have had for 19 years and has always been outdoors but cared for. These have the best weight limit I could find since the kids still like to sit on laps.. the only thing is if you lean forward it’s a little tippy due to the way the seat leans back.

I love my new dining set, these chairs are a great! The colour is nicer than I thought. Not orange as teak can be. The simple design is what I was looking for and they fold up for out of season use. I was worried about having uncomfortable armless chairs because the patio is small but these are very comfortable and have a great back pitch for casual sitting. Will get some small seat cushions. Could be treated to help preserve colour and avoid staining.
