Some pieces were not manufactured correctly, had to drill some extra holes.

These items look great, but getting them to my house was a big to do. It also required some wood glue because some of the holes were stripped.

The item was replaced but it came with arm rest and legs lose and the reason was because the screws were stripped so what I did to them a apart and glued them with liquid nail even the stripped hole when dried I screwed the screws back in in and it worked great. There were some few knot holes and filled them with liquid nail as well to include some crack boards. Other than that it turn out good. This replaced patio set is lots better than the first one had boards cracked everywhere so I was able to use some replacement parts and the rest was thrown away Wayfair thank you very much for taking care of the customer by replacing the item showed that you care for the customer and back your products. Thanks to the customer service manager as well for understanding beingpolite and knowledgeable a very nice experience making me a returning customer. Thanks again.
