I received my two chairs they had pieces that were damaged. I reached out to support they took great care of my expectations. They were a gift so i did not want to wait to put them together, the gouges were not going to create a problem with the function of the chairs. I LOVE these chairs. They are the right height, I live on a lake but i am short, so when i would sit in other patio chairs, I could not see over the railing, these chairs lift me high enough i can now see. I am trying to find a table to go with them and i am ordering 2 more
