These backrest made the sauna complete! We love them

The item arrived damaged so we never got to use it. Do not recommend this item as the packaging was unsubstantial and the item was easily damaged. On the average, the folks in warehouse/transportation seem not to handle anything with care - the corner of the box was smashed and re-taped. Wayfair eventually corrected the issue to complete satisfaction. Getting there was unnecessarily difficult due to the front line customer service not being very helpful.
