Great quality and arrived well packaged. I haven’t installed the pool cover yet since I’m not ready to close my pool, but I wanted to leave a review because it arrived in perfect condition. The 16x32 mesh cover was packaged very well and appears to be good quality and sturdy. Everything arrived as expected with no damage. The metal installation pieces are extremely sturdy, heavy, and well made. I’ll update my review once I’m able to install it and see how it performs over the winter. For now, I’m very happy with the purchase and the quality for the price!

As we are still currently using our pool, seeing as though it is the middle of summer, we have not had any need to remove the cover from the box. Especially since we would never be able to get it back in anywhere nearly as neat. That said, I’ve inspected the contents closely and can confirm that this is a high-quality pool cover, one that is a value for the asking price. Would highly recommend to other pool owners!

We got the blue in a 20x40 with the right end step and things turned out perfectly. You can tell this is high quality, but whether or not it will turn out to be durable year after year is another question. There will be snow and all else, so I am hoping for the best. The large box arrived without instructions, but I was able to email Wayfair and they sent me a pdf and mp4 video, which so happens to be in their product description. We relied on those and another video on YouTube made by a professional pool installation company. I was irked that such an expensive and complicated thing would not come with elaborate instructions in the box itself, if not a link or scan code linking you to their video. I emailed the manufacturer directly and they did not even bother to respond. All that aside, we managed to install this in a few hours and it turned out great. Be sure you are ordering the correct configuration and size before committing. Giving it four stars because I am fully considering the lack of instructions and support from Royal Shade.
