I used the Royal Shade under my overhead decking to block out some storage items I did not care to see from a distance. This shade has met my expectations in attaining that goal by casting an obscured view with lighting still able to penetrate to the inside. The quality of the polyurethane mesh material is of light weight but durable enough to withstand the weather elements. It allows air flow to pass through it and enough light to see from inside back to the outside, yet from a distance does a good job of not seeing back through it. This product can be used for many different ideas you may have with the end result of blocking sunlight, obscuring the view and allowing air flow to pass through. Thank You

Honestly, I would never order this item again. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time ordering this item. It does not give much of a shade no matter how you use it. You can see in the picture that the sun is going through it like nothing is there. It does not help at all. It feels cheap too.

I got a this to go on top of our outdoor kennel so when our dogs out there which is an often it isn’t too hot, it is very easily torn. I will say that the seams are sewn pretty wells d where the holes are to run the included zip ties.. we doubled it. It does shade nicely doubled. I don’t think I would purchase it again.

Such a beautiful shade cloth. We put it up over the pool and it keeps the kids shaded while they play. It was also very easy to put up. Love this item. I would definitely recovered for any patio area. It keeps temperature cooler.
