Loved this piece for a year! Then, the center console piece (with 2 cupholders) started SIGNIFICANTLY deteriorating. Pretty disappointed given the price. We'll see if they help us out at all but TBD. See pics

This set is super functional. We can make different set ups as depending on the patty and how many people!

Beautiful set… you won’t be disappointed! We haven’t used the fire table yet, but it’s beautiful!

We have only taken two chairs out of the boxes and the fire pit but so far we are impressed with how thick and firm the cushions are. The fire pit door has rust on the metal latch but you can’t see it when it’s closed. Still it makes us wonder if it was a return. One thing that was really disappointing though is that this set went on sale for 2899 a week after we bought it. We bought it on President’s Day when it was supposedly on sale for the “lowest price” of 3299 instead of 3600. My husband and I contacted Wayfair and they would not do a price adjustment. The manager told us that they don’t set the prices. The manufacturer does. The boxes that came in didn’t say Sand and Stable either. Instead, it listed a different manufacturer. We almost rejected the shipment thinking we got the wrong thing. When all of the pieces are unboxed and set up, I’ll take pictures and add it this review.

I’m so excited to use this when the weather warms up!!! Love that the cushions are nice and thick.
