Absolute garbage. PLEASE do not buy this. This is, without exaggeration, the worst thing I have ever purchased from Wayfair. The craftsmanship is appalling. Water pours out of virtually every joint, and the joints are not user adjustable, so there is no meaningful way to correct the problem. A shower system whose fundamental purpose is to direct water somehow manages to fail at that one task spectacularly. It is effectively unusable. Making matters worse, getting Wayfair to accept the return was an ordeal. They fought me tooth and nail over returning a defective product, and because of the ridiculous size and configuration, I ultimately had to BUY A TV BOX just to package this enormous piece of garbage for the return. Terrible design. Terrible construction. Terrible quality control. Terrible return experience. An astonishingly bad product from beginning to end. Save yourself the money, aggravation, and eventual search for a television box. Do not buy this.

Easy to assemble. Shower head and hand held shower will probably be upgraded as they appear thin with sharp edges. Probably my fault for not checking shower head height but it is too short for a 6’ tall person. Will have to build a 16” extension on the tower base.

It’s apparent that there wasn’t any quality control with this product. Unfinished wood, missed hole markings, large dents in the wood, tarnished stainless steel polished hardware. Easily the worst quality product I have ever purchased as being “new”. Do yourself the favor and spend more to buy elsewhere or build yourself with the help of AI.
