Item arrived damaged. It’s also very short once put together it is not aesthetically attractive.

Was loving the sauna until I saw this today. The back panel does get extremely hot and it heats up to 149 after about 30 min. Love using the app to preheat it. Love the Bluetooth. However this panel burning is alarming as it should be able to withstand the heat unless something else is wrong. Waiting on a response and hoping for quick resolution panel should all love the sauna, it takes time to heat up but it does get to 149. We’ve used it about 10x and noticed this today. I’m really upset about it and hoping for a quick resolution.

Great product! Easy to Install. Doesn’t hit 149 degrees but hits around 135 which still does the job .

So far everything has fit together easily and looks like the pictures on the website. One of the boxes came damaged on one corner, we are still waiting to hear back as we have a panel damaged. Once we get that resolved, we can finish the assembly and use the sauna.
