Good quality. Good customer sevice. The first shipment had a crack in one of the pieces. I notified Wayfair and had a replacement piece within the week. Very easy assembly, but I cant see how you would do it without 2 people. I tried it for the first time last night and I love it. It heated up to 100 degrees very fast. Maybe 10 minutes?. (I didnt want to go full heat right out of the gate). The space is a little tight for a tall person. If you are over 5' 9", you wont be able to stand in it, but you can duck in. You will need to buy a separate sauna backrest if you want to lean back. I was able to lean back facing forward with the backrest. I could sit sideways as well, but with only one leg on the bench. It was comfortable enough. It would have been nice to have both legs up, but I didnt have the space for a bigger sauna. Maybe if you are of smaller stature you could, but it would never be stretched out. I love the wifi feature. I can be sitting on the couch on the first floor, and turn it on from there so it's hot when I get upstairs. I will use it for a few weeks and try to remember to come back and give more info.

NOT GOOD SaunaPro. The item arrived damaged - one panel as you can see in the photo. I wasn't too concerned and didn't want to waste time packing it back up to order another. So I figured that I'd just put a small piece of wood over it. The sound system is rough. It sounds OK but it hisses...constantly. If you try listening to spoken word, such as Audible, via it's bluetooth connection, it pauses like the signal drops out when the dialoge quiets between sentences. Unusable. I used two separate digital thermometers to check the temp and what the app shows as the temp is quite a bit off from the reading on the surface of the actual temp prob. Not too impressed overall, with the bluetooth issue being the worst aspect. I would steer clear of SAUNA PRO brand and all affilated brands.

The good the price easy to set up the bad tall people have to stoop down to get into it . Give yourself extra space to install you will have to build it where you like it to be.

I did put together very easily with two people in about an hour and a half that included unpacking. Easily taken upstairs. My only trouble or complaint was that the cord is not very long so if you have a standard wall outlet that is to code meaning close to the floor, the plug will not reach. That just means I had to go out and buy something to make it work. It heats well you can stand up in it, but can only release it, but I knew that when I ordered the size overall an excellent purchase. 

I like it. It takes 20-30 mins to warm up but I do like the infrared heat. I wish the control panels were on the inside not on the outside. You have to go out to update time, music, heat etc..... It is also on the other side of the door so you have to truly go out to change anything. The slats get really hot, and the space is small, (and I am not big 5'6 120 lbs) so you have to watch out not to touch the boards with your skin. There were a few cracks in the boards but it seems to work ok. Set up was easy.
