These work really well and I feel very confident they will hold down my garage in a box in high winds.

I installed these anchors in a parking lot. I had to drill three 5/8 inch diameter holes per anchor through the asphalt before I could drive the anchor in. Be prepared to spend time an effort driving the anchors. I could drive the anchors down about 8 inches, however this was more than enough. My structure is well secured.
