I really like the look of it, but a couple of the roof panels are slightly dinted from manufacturer because there was no external damage to the boxes. The crew that built it for me pointed out that they see some panels like this when boxes are stored in the warehouse and compress on top of each other.

Great product. All pieces in tact and not one piece damaged. Looks beautiful after assembled.

Looks beautiful on my Deck here in Massachusetts. My husband put this gazebo together in about 16 hours spread over 2 days, it was fairly easy for him, but he is very handy when it comes to putting things together. He did say if you READ and FOLLOW the directions provided, you should be able to accomplish this mission.

Do not buy the installation service. Handy is the partner and they keep rescheduling the install date. No number to call. Just continues to sit! Oh, and Wayfair can no longer support their customers. It takes over an hour on hold to get anyone on the call.

We received this order. There was 5 panels that were bent when we took them out of the box. Did the best we could trying to straighten them out. Everything fit together. Fine. We are using this gazebo as a cooking shelter it works perfect. It took the 3 of us about 8 hours to assemble. The instructions could be improved to make things a bit easier to understand. The first two photos show the damaged roof panels
