I really love the products very comfy and pleasurable to lounge on. However. I do have a Major Complaint regarding FEDEX DELIVERY SERVICES that you chose for my package to be delivered by. I Requested that my 72 lb package be delivered to my FRONT DOOR, due to unfortunately I have a Broken/Fractured wrist, instead FEDEX DRIVER delivered my package to the mail room in the FRONT of my building while I live on the opposite side of the build. So I called them several times to have a driver come back out to move it to my door, they told me several lies that they would send someone out. However, they never did, so I even gave them a visit to inform that no one had come out,, and they told me that all their Drivers are CONTRACTORS and the Contracting company does not hold the Drivers accountable for not following direction, there's nothing FEDEX will do about it. I feel so let down it took several days to get someone to move that 72lb box to my FRONT DOOR. So Please use Reliable Delivery Companies. You don't know the challenges your customers may have. Otherwise I love the product!
