Ensemble de conversation en polyéthylène haute densité pour 6 personnes avec coussins Widener

So far this set has been great. We’re into our second season with it and it’s held up very well. We haven’t really used the fire pit, and the cover for it leaves a bit to be desired, but I can figure something out for that.

The pieces of furniture themselves are fine. They are not poorly made or extremely well made- an average set and it looks nice. However, the customer service around this has been horrible. I ordered this set in June. It came in weeks later with multiple damaged parts. I emailed pics of the broken parts. A replacement part was sent, but not the second replacement part. I emailed again. Wrong part was sent. Tried again. Eventually Wayfair stopped answering my emails. The whole process and product was a headache. It was a lot of money to pay for a large headache that took over 5 months to resolve. I finally called customer service 5 months into dealing with this as my account on the website said everything was resolved- however it had not been and I was still missing two parts. A lady named Emily was very helpful when I called and did (finally) resolve the problem by sending a replacement. Unfortunately it was a little different than the original set I ordered. Regardless, I was grateful for Emily. To sum it up, I think the issues could have been handled in a more timely manner. I missed the entire summer of patio furniture useuse.

I love this piece but it took 3 months to get it with 2 phones calls on my missing stuff and a 3 to still not have my fire pit
