Beautiful spa! Love the lounger. Needs better panel door as just flimsy plastic covering. Easy delivery and set up.

We purchased this hot tub from Wayfair for approximately $3,700, and it stopped working just 29 days after delivery. Since then, the product has spent more time out of service than in working order, and the repair and warranty process has been extremely frustrating and unreasonably delayed. The problems started even before the hot tub malfunctioned. We paid an additional $50 for delivery to a designated spot in our yard, which was clearly offered at checkout. However, on delivery day the delivery company called to say they do not provide that service and mentioned they’ve had ongoing issues with Wayfair advertising this option. That was our first red flag. Shortly after installation, the hot tub stopped working. We had to wait weeks for a repair technician to be scheduled. When they finally arrived, they fixed the initial problem but ruptured a line in the process, causing additional damage. We then had to wait again for another repair visit. The warranty company explained that these delays were due to their bidding process, where they select the lowest bidders for repairs. Unfortunately, this was reflected in the quality of service—on their second visit, the technicians caused further issues, including wiring problems. Our temperature control now adjusted the lights and our lights now adjusted the jets. We contacted Wayfair who then sent us an overlay to "correct" the above, however in yet another delay, they sent us the incorrect overlay part, identical to the one we already had, which did nothing to resolve the issue. After additional delays and frustration, we eventually received the correct part. At this point, our expensive hot tub has been unusable for the majority of the time we’ve owned it. We requested a partial refund or credit from Wayfair to reflect the significant inconvenience, downtime, and repeated repair problems. They refused, stating that simply fixing the problem was sufficient, regardless of the multiple delays and additional damage caused along the way. I truly dislike having to write a complaint like this, but I’m sharing our experience in the hope that others can avoid going through the same frustrations we did. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere.

Delivery good. Had to hire an electrician to install a larger outlet due to size of the large plug. Its great! Wish the jets could be movable though.

So this is my second of this hot tub since the first one did not work. We could not get the waterfall on and it did not heat up at all however it did have a light. It was exchanged today, but I had resistance from Wayfair they would not set it up so I had to get that done myself. Hopefully, it’s going to work.
