We’re in the middle of a renovation, so we haven’t opened the package yet. However, the delivery service was very positive.

I received the swing on March 30th. My son put the swing together for Mother's day. I was disappointed that part of the frame was damaged/scuffed up. The parts were not labeled making it a bit more difficult to put together. I'm not sure if this was a previous return and shipped to me. This was my first Wayfair order. I'm not sure if this a typical experience. I'm not able to report a problem. I may be outside of reporting window time frame.

Advertised as a bed but I do not see how this makes into a bed. I think this is false advertising

I’ve been wanting a swing for a good while and finally chose this one. I’ve been using it for less than a week and love it. I bought a 3 person swing and the seat has plenty of room to lay on-I’m 5’5”. It also has the back that lays flat and I’m sure it will be a bonus soon. I haven’t adjusted the awning so far as I haven’t needed to. I look for many days, weeks, months and years relaxing outside
