Shipping was great. Arrived early and was in perfect shape. The price good. Just what I was looking for Took awhile to assemble directions are iffy but if you are alittle handy you can figure it out but it still takes several hours

Worked well the first season. But we put the top back on today after being stored in the house and it ripped with the slightest pull to get it on. Very disappointed. Hoping I can find a replacement.

Wind blew fell apart waste of money

Perfect fit for our deck. Not all that difficult to assemble with 2 people. Does the job it was intended to do.

It was a nice 2 months while it lasted. Could not stand up to the FL afternoon thunderstorms.

Strong, stable, and beautiful. At least a two person job, and directions are easy enough for only being pictures. Had asked Wayfair if it was recommended to remove the polyester canopy in the snowy northeast, but didn’t get an adequate response. Guess we’ll find out this fall when I will go ahead and remove it for winter storage. Recommend!

The gazebo is as pictured. Very heavy parts please have help assembling. Midwest winters have been brutal I can’t wait to fully appreciate it when the weather improves. Great way to shield direct sunlight and wind.

This is going to be wonderful to have up. Due to the weather being, cold winds, frost and even rain, it’s a bit hard to put up at this time. The temperature is in the mid 20s to the low 30s at times. So I was able to take photos inside my garage. I looked at the quality, the packaging, instructions were present, tools and screws and most of the canopy. I found the product to be all there, nice quality, packed perfectly. The only issue is the canopy is not the same color as the photo shown. It’s a taupe in color, and I was expecting a grey in color. As I always state would I purchase this product again. I feel I would try something different.
