Love it. Had it for two seasons already. Well constructed. Was packaged very well where every piece was protected against dents, breaks and such. In general, Sunjoy is a good company according to our research and own experience. Had to hire someone to install, and it was pricey to do so, but better than doing it ourselves. Not an easy install at all. It took our professional a full day. A zillion pieces to put together.

We really love the look of this gazebo. It feels sturdy and has survived a couple of thunderstorms already. It took 4 of us about 6 hours to assemble this, and I bought concrete screws to anchor it to the concrete I had setup beneath my interlocking pavers. I recommend two ladders and at least 2 people when setting this up. Also be careful not to scratch the powder coated metal against hard surfaces like stones when you’re assembling it. With that said, I love that between the top roof and bottom roof there is mesh netting to help keep mosquitoes out when the lower curtain netting is closed. Some of the other gazebos I looked at didn’t have this feature. One thing to note that wasn’t in the item description is that the main roof is metal, but the top roof is a polycarbonate roof. I do like that it’s translucent and lets some light in while still maintaining a shaded environment, but I hope the polycarbonate roof lasts a long time like I expect the metal roof to last. It feels very sturdy, so we’ll see. All in all, very happy with the look and build quality of this gazebo.

We had this gazebo professionally installed by our contractor that was building our new deck. Several screws have been missing and we did not get the required screws and railing and mosquito netting that comes is suppose to come with the gazebo. We were past the 30 day return policy and out of luck to get the missing parts. We now have to purchase the self tapping screw, railing and find a mosquito nets that fits. Disappointing.

Arrived on time and as advertised. All good.
