This is the best purchased I’ve made on Wayfair. It’s been 4 years since bought and still looks great!

I paid for install so I can’t speak to the assembly but it is beautiful and great quality. The size was perfect for my smaller space and I like that it’s flexible as far as how to install it. I actually don’t have it anchored down because it’s on my deck and I like that it can be moved around as needed (but with the help of multiple people as it’s very heavy and stable).

This is a great-looking gazebo. Before I started assembly, I coated all of the wood pieces with a clear protectant (Cabot). It's not a big job and only requires buying a quart. I then put it together over the course of a few days. It absolutely requires 3 people at a minimum to attach the posts together. I managed to get the top frame up myself, but that would have been easier with 2 people. The rest I did myself, with many, many times up and down the ladder (I am 5'6''). I would recommend using an electric screwdriver with an attachment for the hex bolts. You must install 140 (approx), which is WAY too much work for the cheap little wrench they provide in the kit. Everything was extremely well organized and labeled, and the only missteps were user error. I am attaching this to a deck with composite wood. I have to buy a piece of 2x8 pressure treated lumber and deck screws (to span the joists, under the decking), and 16 lag bolts for the post anchors. They will be screwed through the decking into the new pressure treated wood pieces. This will require some minor carpentry skills and an additional $50 or so in supplies. This took me some effort to figure out, so sharing this here for future buyers. The kit comes only with anchor spikes for a grass installation. All in all I am thrilled with how this looks, so far, and the neighbors are all astounded.

Very well made, especially for the money. The wood is NOT protected and should be sealed when you get it. We built the initial frame, got it square and then reinforced our deck under each leg so we could secure it there. My only very slight complaint is how much noise it makes when you walk across the deck/under it. Small vibrations get amplified through the metal roof. I suppose you could use a mastic tape under strategic locations to dampen some of that noise, but it's a very small complaint. The wood is pretty soft, so pay attention to how much you tighten the fasteners. Otherwise, it's very nice. Assembly is quite detailed, but progresses fine. My father-in-law and I built ours on a Saturday. Got started around 9am and finished around 3pm. After installing power and lights I started using it as a sort of outdoor office, and it's been great!
