I would give zero stars if possible. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. The very first wooden piece we unpacked was already broken, which immediately raised concerns about the quality control. As we continued building the gazebo, we realized that almost half of the required parts were missing, making it impossible to complete the assembly. We contacted customer service and ordered replacement parts, but the process was incredibly slow and poorly managed. The replacement delivery kept getting delayed, and throughout the entire wait there were little to no updates provided. We constantly had to follow up ourselves just to get basic information. Not only did this waste a significant amount of our time, but it also left us with an unfinished gazebo and a very stressful experience. For the price paid, we expected much better quality, organization, and customer support. I would not recommend this product based on our experience.

The gazebo was cheaper Wayfair than it was anywhere else. I was told the delivery would be on May 5th, but it came early, on May 1st. The packages weren't damaged and it looks like everything is there (I haven't set it up yet though).

Absolutely disappointed in this product. Make sure you open all the boxes first thing when you get it and contact wayfair right away as I can see from other reviews I am not the only person who was shipped this package with NO INSTRUCTIONS OR HARDWARE!!!!! Beyond disappointed in this product as you take everything out of the box to build it and can’t even procedure and have to package it all back up. I hope I’m not as unfortunate as the last customer who was wasting well over a month for the hardware to come in. Do better wayfair UPDATE: found out after half way through building it that it was missing even more parts, customer service absolutely useless. I ordered the missing parts and they were “kind enough to send them free of charge” it’s been weeks. When I reached back out to them asking where my parts were I was told they’re now not sure if they are available. Reluctantly I got them to send me another gazebo so I can take all of the parts out that I need to complete my original one….was suppose to be here today but it hasn’t even shipped yet from China.

My only complaint is that is did not include the Solar panel and outlet. I called for a replacement and they sent me parts that were for something completely different (I don't even know what they were). I just gave up on the solar panel and outlet after that and ran a cord to the Gazebo.

Junk pure and simple two of the posts that support the gazebo have cracks that run the length of the post at least an inch in one of the beams that supports the roof had a chunk of wood out of it. I contacted Sunjoy directly, said that the parts come from China and it would be at least 10 days before I have replacement parts. I paid a contractor today to install it and now I need to have him come back and pay him again to replace the parts when I do receive them.
