Love these chairs very sturdy fold up nicely and are comfortable

I sat in this chair twice (it sat in the box in the garage for quite some time) and am lucky that I did not break my neck as it fell apart while I was having tea and buckled out from under me. I am a petite person weighing less than 125 pounds so I recommend no one buy this chair. This was purchased in July

I ordered 6 packs of these - so 12 chairs total. The chairs are lovely and sturdy, but 2 issues. 1) They all had a toxic smelling white powder on them. I wondered if it was something to prevent moisture perhaps - not sure, they also had the usual silica gel packs so wasn't sure what to think. I took considerable time to wipe them down to remove the smell, with limited success at first. The smell wore off after a couple of days. I also worried about whether the power might have been toxic to my dogs if they licked or tasted it. Dogs frequently taste things that smell interesting to them. Issue 2) One of the chairs wasn't packed like the rest. Photos attached. And that chair has a broken leg that renders it useless. I am contacting the company today for a replacement. I'll update the review afterwards.
