The product I received was not as advertised on the site. My first experience with customer service was very good, however, when following up after "investigation" had to keep product and service reps backed off of promised minimum discount to just keep or only return if I disassembled chairs I had already built. Had to keep insisting and finally manager honored minimum discount to keep 30% although should have been more as had selected lower capacity product based on width shown on website. Wasted time and energy and did not quite make right by the customer.
