Squares are small, this is not wire with a plastic coating, this is just plastic. we put it up over a low concrete wall to keep the huskies in, and it does. since they cannot climb to get over it as it Falls Down and dumps them back into the yard if they try. plastic, just plastic, no metal inset at all.
