Tente de réception de fête avec sacs de rangement

J'ai belle et bien reçu ma commande à la date prévue que demander de mieux. L'article me semble complète. Je m'en fais un peu car je vais en avoir de besoin seulement vers le mois d'avril et j'espère avoir du service car j'ai pas la chance de monter mon chapiteau avant. Mais tout me semble plus que parfait pour le moment et merci beaucoup de m'avoir permis de promouvoir de belle évènement beau temps mauvais temps. Et j'ai aussi hâte de voir si la structure est bien faite afin de résister à de fort vent.

I ordered this party tent for an event and while it did arrive on time initially, the experience overall was very disappointing. The package was missing several important pieces, which made it impossible to set up and use for my party. Customer service was also frustrating. It took more than 4 days just to receive a response about the issue, and then another 4 days to get an update on the replacement parts and tracking information. Although the missing pieces eventually arrived, it was too late for my event, making the tent useless for its intended purpose. Overall, the delays and lack of timely support ruined the experience. I expected better quality control and much faster customer service, especially for something time-sensitive like a party tent.

Solid tent would buy again

DO NOT BUY! THIS IS NOT A HEAVY DUTY TENT-POOR QUALITY! I purchased this tent as well as a tent from Menard's and put them up on the same day. Later that day a light gust obliterated the Wayfair tent; every single grommet had failed. The Menard's tent was perfectly fine. Trying to get this resolved with customer service; at this point they want me to ship it back at my expense which will cost hundreds of dollars for an item of this size and weight. Will update with resolution when that happens.
