A incorrect part was included in the box which was necessary for assembly. Customer service sent another unit as a “replacement part” which was clearly a prior return that had not been examined, because the unit did not contain numerous parts necessary for assembly, including the part that I need. I appreciate that a replacement unit was sent (hence the one star) but it does me no good since all I needed was an accurate connector that wasn’t in either shipment. Now I have two partial tree displays and no way to use them.
