Shipping was delayed, thats fine, it happens sometimes. But then when it was delivered, it was delivered with the instructions starting at step 9. So there were no instructions on how to assemble the swing itself. Customer service has been ridiculous. Ive attempted multiple times to report that there was a problem with my order and I need the instructions. I got no response on my first attempt. My second attempt I was told I would get the instructions emailed to me in mins, but that didnt happen. My 3rd attempt I was told, it would take days. It is hard to rate the quality of the swing when I cant even assemble it. So I will rate the service.

I am on the fence about this product. On the one hand, you get what you pay for... On the other, this thing desperately needs better anchoring and a thicker top bar. It sways too much for me to feel safe having my kids on it for an extended period of time. The crossbars on the sides are especially flimsy.

Love the swing set but we received it with parts missing so we're waiting on them before my granddaughter can use the slide. Customer service was very helpful and said they would get the parts to us right away.

The set is great. It arrived a few days later than what it said when I placed the order, though. My son met some challenges assembling it. The bolts and nuts for the steps to the slide were missing. We had to purchase them elsewhere in order to finish the set up. Other than that, we couldn’t be happier with this set. It is perfect for my granddaughter. She loves it!

We bought the swingset for our grandkids since they have been staying with us. It wasn’t too difficult to put together and the grandkids love it. !!
