I think the actual product is good. Mine arrived 3 weeks late which was not great as it was specifically purchased for a camping trip that was over by the time it arrived. I had to buy another cot in the mean time. The material had some dark stains/scuff marks on it, so I'm questioning whether it was used or not. However, when I put it together, it seems like a strong and well designed cot.

A little tricky to assemble the first time but will modify the side ends to install the rails and it will work great!
