The item has a very strong chemical smell and the material is not that great, get tangled up very easily.

The hammock is packaged very well and can be stored for quite awhile without damage being done to it. I won't assemble until next Spring but it's definitely very good quality materials. The shipper delivered in reasonable time and placed in a convenient location.

It looks sturdy but it was too small for my stand which was no fault of the manufacturer. I simply did not measure. My biggest complaint was the smell of the hammock. I have no plans to use it.
