Planter is beautiful but came with a chip in the paint . Reached out to customer support and waiting on resolution.

Either the wrong product was sent or the pot looks nothing like the photo. The colors and designs are way different. Like hell I'm going to waist more time returning this big lug. I swear every place I order from today sends either the wrong product, a defective product or piece of junk that doesn't resemble the original. I'm done wasting my time correcting other people's mistakes constantly. I'm a patient person, and I understand that things happen, but this has been about the gazillionth product in a this year that isn't right. Let's all wake up!

The planter is beautiful, even better looking than the picture on the site. But it arrived with visible dents around the top rim. And multiple small cracks at the bottom where they drilled the drainage hole, and they put dollops of paste into the interior of the pot around the hole to probably try to prevent further crack erosion. We worked with Wayfair Customer Service and decided to keep the pot, since we didn't want to have the issues with replacements which don't always work out right.
