We like the chairs. Only problem is we haven't gotten the additional 2 chairs that were ordered. So the jury is still out on the service. We believe they are still in Olive Branch with a different tracking number and haven't shipped.

Nice chairs if they arrive undamaged but our experience with FedEx delivery on this item and another larger patio item, and then Wayfair customer service has been utterly maddening and frustrating. Ordered 8 chairs total, 4 arrived with damaged packing, and scraped and peeling powdercoat finish. I was happy to upload photos of the obvious damage. Tried multiple times to process a return and replacement online, then graduated to chat, had to repeatedly explain the problem to multiple reps after return labels were not sent as promised, during which they also repeatedly tried to get me to agree to partial refunds instead. Also, once the refund and replacement was finally processed after literally 90 minutes of chat, I was informed that I'd be charged about 30% more per chair for the replacement chairs if my return was not proceesseed within 30 days. I understand the need to charge in such cases, but the charge shoudl be the same as what I paid for the originals. Will not be ordering from Wayfair again after this.

Love these chairs. They are well built, light weight, but do not blow over. They were packaged well, delivered when they said they would. They were all assembled, so no need to put together. I would definitely recommend these chairs.

The chairs arrived already assembled and they stack together which is an awesome feature! They are lightweight but seemed very sturdy. They were packed well and we didn't see any damage anywhere. Overall we're very satisfied.

These chairs arrived in a very timely matter. One chair was obviously damaged but I am going to use it Anyway for extra seating around the fire pit. The seat is super big. I am really loving the rustic appeal to this piece. I have no reservations recommending these chairs to anyone loving the true rustic look!
