I think this is a pretty good looking product. I’m just giving it less stars for two reasons One, it was missing some bolts and screws and was really difficult to put together based on the pictures in the instruction booklet, two, every piece of metal was covered in plastic coating. It doesn’t peel off easily. You basically have to scrape with your nails and pull off a little bit at a time. There are some areas we will never be able to get the plastic off.

When I saw this cart and read the description saying it could be used as a workbench I decided to try it. But when I received it and started to put it together I realized it wasnt going to be exactly what I thought. First assembly isnt as straight forward as you would think a lot of holes didnt line up so I had to use clamps to screw together. Second I dont think its going to be able to hold the weight it says it can. It can be used for lighter things. Not horrible but not as advertised

This outdoor grill table cart has several nice features. It’s made of sheet metal and feels sturdy once assembled. The two enclosed storage cabinets are useful, and the full-width shelves provide plenty of storage space for grilling supplies and accessories. The wheels also roll smoothly and make it easy to move around. Unfortunately, assembly was a challenge. It took us about four hours to put everything together. Some of the instructions were unclear and didn’t specify whether certain parts belonged on the right or left side. We also encountered several screw holes that didn’t line up properly, requiring us to improvise during assembly. Another frustration was the protective plastic film covering many of the metal panels. It was difficult to remove, so we ended up leaving most of it in place because we were concerned the cart might look worse if we tried to peel it all off. Additionally, each metal door had to be assembled from multiple pieces. We’re not sure why the manufacturer didnt simply provide the doors preassembled. Overall, the cart seems durable, offers excellent storage, and looks nice once completed. However, the lengthy and sometimes frustrating assembly process makes it difficult to say it was worth the amount of time and effort required.

Top five hardest thing I’ve ever built. Ended up skipping some screws and steps because of how much of a pain they were even with power tools. Vendor also shrink wrapped all of the metal pieces which means either having to manually peel all the shrink wrap or just leave it on there and deal with the inconsistencies or scratches. I think the actual product itself will be suitable for what I’m looking for storage and bench top wise. Feels sturdy enough and love how it has wheels, but not worth the struggle of building. You have to build all doors/panels, metal sheets can easily cut your hands trying to slide, and there are way too many steps and weird ways to put in screws.

Once finally complete, it will work very nice for our needs. However, 2 very important issues in the self assembly. Instructions are a little confusing, but we have seen worse. More importantly, the thin film that comes on the pieces is Extremely difficult to remove, and Very time consuming. One part of the instructions states not to nick or scratch the rust protection covering the metal. If this thin plastic is the rust protection referenced, then the top is useless as any hot items put on it would melt this plastic film, and ruin you pan. We gave up removing it on any pieces that would not be exposed to food, and will continue to peel what we can get off of the others. Not ideal.
