This picnic table is so cool! We got it to use for camper camping. This is the perfect table. It is on the heavier side and definitely sturdy. All of the hardware also seems super durable and sturdy. Sets up and folds super easy making it easy to move and pack it up quickly. Beautiful wood finish to top it off. Highly recommend. Gorgeous tdble!

The rectangle wood picnic table is an interesting purchase. The directions are not good in that it does not explain this when putting the stabilizers on the legs, make sure that the two legs which have two holes on them that are towards the back that is where you screw on the stabilizers of the benches. Its use is ideal due to its ability to collapse and store away, especially out of the elements. That being said, I would not put this set outside permanently. It will not last. The size is quite small which is not great for us since we’re a bit on the larger side. The wood is untreated mostly, just a little bit of Sheen to make it easy to wipe clean. The most positive part of this set is the way that it collapses, and I love how everything that moves locks down with ease. For what it is, it’s a good set, but if you’re looking for a nice solid picnic table set keep looking.

Let's start with the positive. The idea is wonderful and the mechanism is great. The table can be folded, and so can the bench - which is great for storage, which we will need to do after every use. However, the wood is a soft pine, and there isn't much of a finish. We have a ton of dents and marks in it, and that is only in putting it together. It also has a split in the table already, so how long will that take to separate? This should be made out of teak, or composite like Trex. Perhaps that wood will be too heavy for the mechanism. If we wanted to put a weather proof finish on, we would need to sand and then paint. This not meant for outside without a cover most of the time, or only take out when you really need it.
