Polywood warranties their products for 20 years. All of my chairs are cracking in the support legs and I have submitted the case to Wayfair and provided photos. They asked if I wanted a replacement chairs or new parts and I would take either. So far, no one has done anything to resolve my issue since I uploaded photos twice...someone in Wayfair going to assist me?

Barstools arrived in great condition and look great with our grill area! Polywood is quite durable. We purchased the separate installation and that team was efficient as well.

Chairs are nice and heavy don’t have to worry about the wind knocking them over!
