I like to read reviews. The previous reviews were not good because of packaging. I loved it so I took my chances. Well, four of the glass sides were detached and you could hear them rolling around on the inside of the box. I expected the worse. But, They were not broke. Packaged is flimsy bubble wrap and two gray sponges. Once I put it back together, it’s really cool and I put it under my deck still allowing sunlight for the solar. It is quite bright at night and pretty with fire-like flame inside. I took a chance and I’m glad I did.

There was minimal stuffing to prevent the item from jocelyn in transit many of the pieces arrived, disconnected with scratching all over the glass. The basket is dented from travel. There needs to be better packaging.

Will wait for replacement of broken decor. Impressed with Wayfair's handling so far. UPDATE: Second sent, crushed and broken. NOT the delivery service. Both boxes clearly old, dirty, obviously warehoused/stored to crush the box. It's the (unidentified) manufacturer. Wish I could identify manufacturer to warn other customers. Bad, bad taste in my mouth. Disappointed, angry, frustrated. As it was a birthday gift and trashed both times, I asked Wayfair to send an 'I'm so sorry this happened' to my son. Nope, they just wanted to send a coupon. We'll see if he gets the coupon.
