This review is not for the fairy. This review is for an umbrella my husband and I purchased over 3 weeks ago that came missing the pole that goes in the base. We have been strung out for 3 weeks with broken promises. We have spent hours on this with phone calls. Finally we were told it shipped . When Fed Ex notified us that it had been delivered, it was a home 6 hours away. Not our home. After 3 more calls to Fed Ex and Wayfair, it turns out Wayfair gave us the wrong tracking number. Our part is still not shipped. The umbrella is on back order and they refuse to expedite this pole to us stating “they cannot expedite”. Today the supervisor states a ship date is June 21 … yet they won’t pay to expedite it. We shall see if it gets shipped . I am wondering if there even is such a replacement part. Our first and last order from us for sure.

I have several of these Napco Fairies and this by far is my favorite. Much prettier than the picture! Love it! ❤️
