Absolutely love these self-watering planters for my Citrus trees and tropical plants! I live in NC, so they're perfect for moving into the garage for winter, and I don't have to water them often while they're in there. I love the gen3 too; the watering tube makes it super easy to water.

This is a great product and we love it for our lemon tree.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Gen3 citrus planter. It arrived as stated, and I was able to assembly it in 30 minutes. I love the fact that it can hold 30 gallons and that it self-watering! Being able to roll a potted citrus tree into shelter during a freeze or bad weather is a major advantage.

Love our new citrus planter, and my 7-year-old lemon tree grown from seed seems to love it too! It’s been thriving and putting out so many new leaves since I moved it into this planter. I especially love the self-watering feature because I never have to guess when it’s time to water. The wheels are also sooo practical for us since I have to move the tree indoors for the winter. Great quality, practical design, and it looks beautiful too!

I’ve been using this planter for my citrus tree and absolutely love it. A 30-gallon container gets incredibly heavy once it’s filled with soil and a tree, so having the built-in wheels makes a huge difference. I can easily move the tree around my patio to adjust for sunlight, weather, or just rearrange the space. The self-watering feature is probably my favorite part. Citrus trees need consistent watering, and the reservoir takes a lot of the guesswork out of keeping the soil evenly watered, especially during our hot Louisiana summers. It also looks much nicer than a traditional nursery pot, so I don’t mind having it prominently displayed on the patio. It feels sturdy, rolls well, and gives the tree plenty of room to grow. If you want to grow citrus or another small fruit tree in a container, I would definitely recommend it.
