This pergola made a huge improvement in blocking the sun on my deck. When it was working. I bought it in 2024 but did not put it together until 2026. Loved it, but then a crucial part suddenly broke. Canvas cover doesnt work without this part. I attempted to replace the part with the manufacturer Veikous. Exchanged emails with them multiple times. They still sell the pergola but in a larger size. I could identify the part needed. After many emails with requests for repetitive information, was told that they dont provide replacement parts (unsure if because more than 2 years old or as a normal practice). I would not buy from this manufacturer again due to their customer service and apparent unwillingness to sell replacement parts.

Pergola took a very long time to put together, but it is up, a really nice cover for our patio set and a great addition to our yard.

It looks really nice. I'm worried about how wobbly it is. Where the pole meets the ground is a very wimpy connection. If you are used to assembling things then this will be no problem. Did it solo and took 8 hours without rushing things.

So happy with this pergola especially since we needed an unusual size to fit our deck. We get hot sun all day on the deck which made it impossible to enjoy sitting out there, but with the nice shade the pergola provides we can now enjoy our deck all day. We get some strong winds that blow through as well and it's a perfect solution since the wind can blow through without taking the pergola with it. Sun shade must be kept closed on windy days. Other than that it withstands the strong winds and is quite sturdy and good looking.
