Bought to block the light from the neighbors porch while we sit on our porch in the late evening. It does block out most of the glaring light. It opens and closes easily and blends in with the railing when not in use .

I gave it 3 stars as much as I love the idea, and the privacy that the canvas brings, I’m disappointed in the manufacturer saying that the curtain doesn’t sag. After two uses it SAGGED! If you’re drilling into concrete, make sure you get the depth just right. After four days of careful drilling, I went slightly too deep and had to put concrete in holes before anchors. It’s holding up, but I feel the concrete is giving away because of the weight. Stretch of the curtain. Period I tried not to overstretch, but it’s probably best to give yourself a foot less than the curtains Diane measurements.
