Cannot be left outside when not in use. I did so with mine and wind actually swooped up underneath it, which opened it and lifted it and the table away, damaging the things on my deck, like my grill, until the umbrella gave way and fell down one story snapping itself in half on my lawn. I guess this is why some umbrellas have an additional top layer with a vent in it.

I love love love my rectangular market umbrella! It gives a great ambiance and looks amazing! It will also now finally allow me to have my morning cappuccino on my bistro when it rains!

After a couple months of using, black color became green… the fabric is not for outdoor using

Umbrella was a little thinner than I thought, still let the sunlight in somewhat.

Fabric is too lightweight the pole and other materials are fine for the money.
