I'm going to be brutally honest with this review. I bought this greenhouse because I desperately needed a place to store my plants for the cold season, it's has lots of room, bigger than what I expected. With that being said, I was extremely disappointed by the quality and the whole building process. One of the biggest issue is there is absolutely zero written instructions, everything is illustrated. The manual depicts 3 people to do this but in all honesty you need for and at least one of them should be highly intelligent because this to the average person is unbuildable. The second issue is the labeling of the parts, they use the alphanumeric system which is A,a,an. This is an issue because there are over something hundred pieces, the P and small p look are easily mixed with the P1 and p1. Not to mention that the small p is often confused with the small d. The next issue is the illustration often are skipping ahead and you can't really tell the difference, for example your working on the lower outer flank of the greenhouse following along with the illustration when it suddenly jumps to something on the ceiling that has nothing to do with the majority of the pages instruction. Another issue is the greenhouse is extremely flimsy and bendable and that is because of the quality and the misguided instruction. The greenhouse comes with a based that's suppose to go under the frame, instead of building that first to give the greenhouse the shape and support, you have to build the greenhouse first and then on the last page build the base try to slip it under the house without popping the frame, the glaze clips, the F5bolts, and the polycarbonate panels. After that alignment takes a while because some engineer had the brilliant idea to use the frame canals as a place to hold the bolts by slipping them in. If the Frame isn't perfect, which it won't be until you put the base, those bolts easily come slip out of the canals because nothing is really holding it. It's frustrating that your working in one corner when all of a sudden the bolt slips of the canal because you adjusted the frame. They dont give you extra material such as bolts or the glaze clips, the glaze clips are incredible painful on the hand, using gloves makes it difficult and movement, like moving the house to put it on top of the base, causes the clips to pop out constantly. The panels are incredibly flimsy and not cut correctly. I thought I was going to recieved hard polycarbonate panels but instead I got soft plastic panels easily bendable. My biggest issue with this greenhouse was the lack of wording in manual, the illustration of then shows one thing but then when you switch over to the next page you realized they ment something completely different than what the previous page told you. I was think of returning it but after 3 days of working on it and the thought that I had to go through the process of putting everything in boxes stop me, that and I have no time to order another one. It looks lovely from after but the door to the greenhouse is practically useless because it keeps popping out of its hinges, so to solve this problem we use a bungee cord to keep the wind from moving it. You will need 2x4 to put around the base of the house. while the base gives the house the rectangle shape it needs it doesn't offer a lot of stability, additionally they expect the greenhouse to survive on 18 base hooks and get this, 8 j-hook anchors if your putting your greenhouse on grass. There aren't holes for you to put the anchors through! So you will need to think of a way to weight down the greenhouse and give it more stability for this we used lumber and drilled the based to the lumber around the greenhouse. You will also need tape to put around the panels to stop them from popping out and moving. In all while the greenhouse is pretty, it's not easy to build especially if you have builder experience or a high intelligence. My recommendation to anyone looking at this house is to keep saving money until you can buy a better quality one and for the love of all the universe, pay for the installation.
