This is our second order for the same item. Again it came broken. I appreciate the quick turn around for a replacement. But it came in the same packaging and nothing on the box indicating it is fragile. wouldnt

I wanted to love this so so badly. The first one that came in was shattered. Customer service was amazing!! They didn't force a return, just photos of the damage. They sent me a new one and shipping was relatively quick. It arrived undamaged and I was so excited to give this to my husband as a Father's Day gift. Unfortunately, within a week of having it, the chiminea discoloured, paint was chipping off, and a crack formed in the mouth of the chiminea. As much as I loved the look, the quality was sub par. We ended up ordering a cast iron one instead and ultimately returned this one. I have yet to receive my refund, however. FedEx picked it up 2 days ago and I have zero tracking information or confirmation that it was received.

I really like the piece, it's beautiful and seems to serve the purpose of warming up the evenings outside a bit.
