I purchased four of these chairs, so I think I can give a fair and balanced review after seeing them in person and assembling the set.
First, the positives. The chairs are a nice size, the frames feel sturdy, and they were relatively easy to assemble. The overall design is clean and modern, and I like the proportions of the chairs on my deck.
That said, there are several things I wish I had known before ordering.
The frame color shown in the photos appears much closer to white, but in person it is more of a fog gray. That alone would not have stopped me from buying them, but it is noticeably different from the online photos.
The biggest disappointment is the cushions and
buying them, but it website photos, they appear warmer in tone, fuller, and much more optic white with a slight bluish tone. Against the fog-gray frame, the contrast is very obvious and, in my opinion, makes the chairs look cheaper than they actually are. Had I seen the cushions in person before ordering, I would not have purchased the chairs.
Unfortunately, I live on Fire Island, where returning four large chairs would be difficult and far too expensive, so I am essentially forced to keep them.

Beyond the thickness, the cushion fill itself is disappointing. The polyester fiber feels stiff, inexpensive, and lacks the soft, supportive, high-quality feel I expected. Instead of feeling plush or luxurious, the cushions feel flat and somewhat cheap, which takes away from what is otherwise an attractive chair.
Now that I have the chairs in person, I also wish the backs were slightly higher. The size of the chairs is otherwise good, but a taller back would provide better support and make them more comfortable.
I also experienced some quality-control issues. One chair had a sharp, rough edge in the painted finish that cut my niece. Another chair was extremely uneven during assembly, and I had to loosen and adjust the hardware to get it to sit properly.
Buying large furniture online is difficult because you cannot see the true colors, materials, cushion thickness, or comfort level before purchasing. That is especially frustrating when returning it is not a realistic option. I like the size, shape, frame, and overall design of these chairs, but the cushions are a major disappointment and do not look or feel nearly as upscale as they appear online.
With thicker cushions, a softer and higher-quality cushion fill, and a warmer fabric color, these could be excellent chairs. As they are, the frames are attractive, but the cushions significantly lower both the app
