Perfect for my space. It is very short -- but I knew that and wanted that. Some kind of protective spray coat is probably a good idea to keep it looking nice The Gray color is as shown in product closeups -- a dark coolneutral brown.

So happy with this purchase! This 12 piece set came boxed like it was the crown jewels. Despite an unhappy husband who had to cut up all the cardboard, no damaged pieces arrived thanks to the packaging. It was not difficult to put together, although with 12 pieces, it is time consuming. The cushions are great, very thick, look well made. A little firm, but not uncomfortable. We used sealant on the wood as a precaution, and used spray fabric guard on the cushions. This sectional will hold the crowds we invite every summer, and two coffee tables will give us room for apps galore! Could not be more pleased!!!!

Solid construction, nice looking patio furniture. Wish the back cushions were attached like the bottom cushions would be my only complaint. Love the ample seating and configuration options.
