Product appeared excellent, but I made a mistake. I can't use that style chain. Called returns and got excellent customer service.

Great product. easy to cut with wire cutter and adjust.

Apparently chain is expensive! We bought two of these kits to upgrade the look of our porch swings from the included shiny silver metal to these nice black chains. The problem is the diagram is misleading. One picture shows the chains with s hooks already connecting the 3 pieces, another picture shows the chains connecting with O rings. Mine came with O rings, but not enough. So now the black chain looks great but the pieces connecting it to the swing I had to use the original shiny metal hardware. The company sent replacements but sent the shiny O rings again. Overall the quality and look is great, but they need to update the diagram so it's accurate and include additional matching rings. **The second set of replacent O rings were black and I appreciate Wayfair and the supplier fixing the issue with no additional cost to me.
